Short answer. You can buy Telegram subscribers from many resellers, and what arrives is accounts, not readers: bulk-registered profiles, people paid to join, or users added without being asked. Sellers who let you buy Telegram group members draw on the same three sources. Telegram's API page says faking subscriber and view counters gets an account "banned forever". Telegram itself sells only sponsored messages and Premium giveaways.
The first page of results for this search, read on 13 October 2026, is almost all sellers: SMM panels, sponsored "best sites" lists on news domains, and spam pages hosted on university portfolio sites. Two results analyse the purchase, and neither links a Telegram page for a rule. One states that Telegram's Terms of Service prohibit member inflation. The Terms of Service contain no such sentence. The rule sits in four other documents.
This guide sets out what each product label delivers, what the advertised prices are, where Telegram wrote the rule, and what a channel's own statistics show afterwards. Every Telegram figure is quoted from a Telegram page read on 13 October 2026, with the page named, and seller figures are attributed to whoever published them. Where Telegram publishes nothing, the guide says so, which is the editorial standard for these guides. No seller is recommended here.
Can you buy Telegram subscribers?
Yes, in the sense that the order completes. Whether you can buy Telegram subscribers who read the channel is a different question, and Telegram's own pages answer no: Telegram sells no subscriber packages, and no documented method lets a third party make a real person follow a channel. A seller can only raise the counter with accounts the seller controls or rents.
The same holds for the narrower search, can you buy telegram channel subscribers. A channel is a one-way feed, and Telegram's FAQ says a channel "can have an unlimited number of subscribers", so nothing stops a counter from climbing. The Channels FAQ gives the owner one direct lever: "you may invite the first 200 subscribers", and after that "the channel is on its own". Every subscriber past 200 has to press Join.
Searches such as "buy subscribers telegram", offers to buy telegram channel subscribers by the thousand and pages where you buy telegram subscribers online with instant checkout all work around that sentence. The joining is done by accounts that exist for the purpose. Which kind of account decides everything that follows.
What arrives when you buy real Telegram subscribers
Four kinds of account arrive under the words real, active and non-drop. An order to buy real telegram subscribers is filled with bulk-registered accounts, dressed-up bulk accounts, incentivised joiners, force-added users, or a mix, and the seller's page rarely says which. Only the last two are real people, and neither group chose the channel.
| Sold as | What the account is | Reads the channel? | Telegram page that covers it |
|---|---|---|---|
| Fake, offline or cheap members | Accounts registered in bulk on rented numbers and run by software | No | API page: "faking subscriber and view counters" |
| Real or high-quality members | The same bulk accounts with a photo, a name and a bio | No | API page; Spam FAQ on virtual numbers |
| Active or online members | People in task apps who are paid or credited per join | Joins, then mutes or leaves | Ad guidelines 5.11: "Incentivized or automated clicks" |
| Targeted or forced adds (groups) | Users added from scraped lists without being asked | Often reports and leaves | Spam FAQ: "adding people to unwanted groups and channels" |
The word real does the selling. Listings to buy real telegram channel subscribers, buy real telegram channel members or simply buy real telegram members describe an account that has a profile photo and a name. Pixelscan's review of seller sites reaches the same reading: real is a marketing term in that market, and a purchased "real" account is almost certainly an inactive one.
Active telegram members is the label with the widest gap between claim and delivery. An account is active, for a channel owner, when the account opens posts. Sellers who invite you to buy active telegram members usually sell views as a separate line item, which tells a buyer that the members do not produce them. Telegram's Channels FAQ adds that view counts are "approximate" and include "views from forwarded copies", so a view total is not a headcount either.
The same four products sit behind every other phrasing: buy telegram channel members, buy members for telegram, packages sorted by country. None of the labels matches a category in Telegram's documentation, which knows only users, bots and their privacy settings.
Buy Telegram group members: how members are put into a group
Sellers who let you buy Telegram group members use a method channels do not have: adding users directly. A group member can add other people, so an operator logs in with user accounts and adds names from a scraped list. Telegram's Spam FAQ treats that act like an unwanted message: "The same applies to adding people to unwanted groups and channels."
The call behind the product is channels.inviteToChannel, and Telegram's method page marks it "Only users can use this method". A bot token cannot run the call, which is set out in what a member add bot can actually call and in what an invite member bot is able to add. The method page lists the refusals an operator collects along the way: USER_PRIVACY_RESTRICTED when a person's settings block invitations, USER_NOT_MUTUAL_CONTACT, and USER_CHANNELS_TOO_MUCH when a person is already in too many chats.
The names come from other groups' member lists. What a Telegram scraper can collect is narrower than sellers claim, because admins can hide a member list. Offers to buy real telegram group members therefore deliver real people in the literal sense: people who opened Telegram and found themselves in a group nobody asked them about. Their two options are Leave and Report.
Group size has a published ceiling, which caps how far an order to buy Telegram group members can go. Telegram's FAQ puts groups at "up to 200,000 members", and the API's channel guide says of the largest broadcast groups that "one can't invite people into gigagroups". Listings to buy telegram group subscribers borrow channel vocabulary; a group has members, and each member can see who else arrived in the same minute.
How to buy telegram members for a group is, in practice, a question about whose user accounts carry the adds. Those accounts meet flood wait errors and account limits long before a large order is filled, which is why delivery is quoted in days.
Cheap Telegram subscribers: what the price per 1,000 buys
Cheap telegram subscribers are advertised at roughly $7.50 to $23 per 1,000 on the pages read for this guide. Telegram publishes no price for a subscriber at all. Telegram's one published advertising price is a floor of 0.1 Toncoin per thousand views of a sponsored message, and a view is not a join.
| What is sold | Advertised price | Who states it | What the unit is |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1,000 group members | $10 | Metricgram, describing typical market offers | Accounts in the member list |
| 5,000 group members | $40 | Metricgram | Accounts in the member list |
| 10,000 group members | $75 | Metricgram | Accounts in the member list |
| 1,000 channel members | $9 | A seller page in the search results | Accounts in the subscriber count |
| 1,000 group members, delivered in 2 to 4 days | $23 | A sponsored "best sites" list in the same results | Accounts in the member list |
| Sponsored message | 0.1 Toncoin per 1,000 views, as a floor | Telegram Ad Platform, Getting Started | Views by Telegram users |
| Premium giveaway | The Premium subscriptions awarded, paid in advance | Telegram blog, 6 November 2023 | Prizes; entrants must subscribe |
No order to buy Telegram subscribers was placed for this guide; each seller figure is quoted as advertised. Telegram's published ad prices are set out in a separate guide, including what a reseller adds on top of the floor.
The offers to buy cheap telegram subscribers, buy cheap telegram members or buy telegram members cheap differ mainly in which account type fills the order. The lowest tier is bulk-registered accounts, because one account costs the seller a rented number and a few seconds of software time. Pages where you buy Telegram group members at the same rates use the forced-add method described above.
A worked example shows what the unit price hides. The figures are illustrative, not measured. A channel has 300 subscribers and 120 views per post, a 40% view rate. The owner buys 5,000 accounts for $40. The channel now shows 5,300 subscribers and still about 120 views per post, a rate of 2.3%. The $40 bought a larger denominator.
Small orders have their own arithmetic. A listing to buy 100 telegram members sells fewer accounts than the Channels FAQ lets an owner add directly: the first 200 subscribers can be invited by the owner, from people who agreed to join, at no cost.
Two checkout features deserve a second read. An offer to buy telegram members instant means the accounts join in one burst, which is the pattern a growth graph makes most visible. An offer to buy telegram members crypto-only means the payment cannot be charged back when the count falls. Token projects are among the heaviest buyers of padded groups, alongside the paid chatter described in what a Telegram shill bot runs on.
Where Telegram's rule on bought subscribers is written
The rule is not in Telegram's Terms of Service. On 13 October 2026 the words fake, inflate, artificial and counter appear zero times on telegram.org/tos. Telegram's position on bought subscribers is written in four other documents: the API registration page, the Ad Platform guidelines, the Content Creator Rewards terms and the Spam FAQ.
| Document | Wording | Who it reaches |
|---|---|---|
| API page, "Creating your Telegram Application" | "faking subscriber and view counters of channels, you will be banned forever" | Whoever uses the API to do it |
Ad Platform guidelines, 5.11 | No ads for "services for inflating metrics/followers" | Sellers, who cannot advertise on Telegram |
Content Creator Rewards terms, 5.1 | Invalid activity includes "invalid or fake impressions" | Channel owners earning ad revenue |
| Spam FAQ | "adding people to unwanted groups and channels" | The account doing the adding |
| Terms of Service | "Use our service to send spam or scam users" | Every user; no clause on counters |
"If you use the Telegram API for flooding, spamming, faking subscriber and view counters of channels, you will be banned forever."Telegram, Creating your Telegram Application (core.telegram.org/api/obtaining_api_id)
That sentence addresses whoever uses the API, which is the seller's software. The same page adds that accounts logging in through unofficial API clients are "automatically put under observation". The buyer's exposure is written elsewhere. Section 5 of the Content Creator Rewards terms says a failure to act in good faith may bring "the termination of your channel and your Telegram account", and section 5.1 lets Telegram withhold rewards "partially or fully".
One phrase in section 5.1 matters to anyone who pays a reseller. Fake impressions count as invalid activity "regardless of whether operated or solicited by you". A channel owner who paid a third party for views or joins is inside that clause without ever touching the software.
Why bought Telegram members drop
Bought members drop because the accounts stop existing or the people leave. Telegram's FAQ says an account that does not come online "for at least 18 months" is deleted under the default setting. Accounts banned for API abuse disappear sooner, and incentivised joiners leave once the reward is paid. Sellers price the loss in and call it a refill.
Telegram publishes no schedule for removing bulk accounts and no count of how many it removes. The Safety Overview page showed 27,632,724 groups and channels blocked in 2026 when read on 13 October, with separate lines for child abuse material and terrorist content and no line for fake accounts or counters. Drop percentages on seller pages are the seller's own estimate. One seller page in the results states a 10 to 30 percent drop for its basic tier.
A refill guarantee is an admission in contract form. The seller expects part of the delivery to vanish and promises to top the counter up with more of the same accounts; one "best sites" list in the results advertises a 60-day refill. Nothing in a refill adds a reader, whether the order was to buy Telegram subscribers for a channel or to buy Telegram group members.
Best site to buy Telegram number: where the accounts come from
Every Telegram account needs a phone number, so the member trade sits on top of a number trade. Searches for the best site to buy telegram number lead to virtual-number resellers that rent a number long enough to receive one login code. Telegram itself names one marketplace for numbers: Fragment, for the anonymous numbers announced on 6 December 2022.
Telegram's blog post of that date says a user "can have a Telegram account without a SIM card" by logging in with anonymous numbers "available on the Fragment platform". The feature is a privacy option for one person's account. It was not built as a supply line for thousands of accounts, and Telegram publishes no bulk price for it.
Rented numbers carry a history. The Spam FAQ says some numbers "may trigger an overly harsh response from our system", either because of their previous owners' activities or because they are "certain virtual/VOIP numbers". An account registered on a recycled number can be limited from its first day, and a subscriber list made of such accounts inherits that fragility. Telegram's documentation contains no ranking of number sellers, and this guide does not supply one.
What channel statistics show after you buy Telegram subscribers
Channel statistics show the purchase to anyone the owner shares them with. Telegram's statistics API reports followers, views per post, shares per post, the percentage of subscribers with notifications enabled, new followers by source and a language graph. A block of bought accounts moves the first figure and leaves the others flat or lower.
| API field | Effect of a bought block |
|---|---|
followers | Rises by the order size on the delivery day |
views_per_post | Unchanged, so views as a share of subscribers fall |
shares_per_post | Unchanged |
enabled_notifications | The percentage follows whatever the bulk accounts have set |
new_followers_by_source_graph | The delivery shows as one block on one day |
languages_graph | Shifts toward the languages set on the seller's accounts |
The statistics screen has a size gate of its own. The API documentation says only administrators of channels "of a certain size" can request statistics, and that "the exact limit is a server-side config". Telegram does not publish the number.
Advertisers ask for these screens. An agency placing sponsored posts compares subscribers with views per post before paying, which is part of what a Telegram ads agency is selling when it vets placements. A channel with a five-figure subscriber count and three-figure views fails that check in one screenshot.
Two Telegram features read the subscriber list directly. Similar Channels, launched on 30 November 2023, are "selected automatically based on similarities in their subscriber bases", so a base made of bulk accounts ties a channel to whatever else those accounts joined. That is an inference from Telegram's sentence, not a documented penalty. Boosts are the second feature: the boost API returns PREMIUM_ACCOUNT_REQUIRED for an account without Telegram Premium, so ordinary bulk accounts cannot raise a channel's level.
Groups have a matching screen. Supergroup statistics report members, messages, viewers and posters, along with the top inviters, so an order to buy Telegram group members shows up as members without messages and as a handful of accounts responsible for most of the invitations.
Then the revenue threshold. Telegram's post of 31 March 2024 offers 50% of ad revenue to "owners of public channels with at least 1000 subscribers". Buying the gap to 1,000 puts the channel inside the Content Creator Rewards terms quoted above, where fake impressions are invalid activity and section 5.1 says a deduction "can equal the full balance".
Where to buy Telegram subscribers, and the two things Telegram sells
Where to buy telegram subscribers has two answers. Third-party resellers sell accounts, and no Telegram page endorses any reseller. Telegram sells two products that put a channel in front of real users: sponsored messages through the Ad Platform, and Premium giveaways. Neither product promises a subscriber count.
Pages titled best site to buy telegram subscribers, best site to buy telegram members or best website to buy telegram members are, in the results read for this guide, sponsored posts on news domains and seller-owned comparison pages. Each page ranks sellers and none shows a test order with statistics from before and after. Pixelscan's list is the exception in tone: it names its sellers and closes on a section telling readers the purchase is at their own risk.
One fact narrows where to buy telegram members further. The sellers cannot advertise on Telegram. Section 5.11 of the Ad Platform guidelines bars ads for "Social media growth manipulation" and for "services for inflating metrics/followers". A member seller that reaches buyers inside Telegram does so through its own channels or through unsolicited messages.
Reseller menus rarely stop at members. The same panels list views, reactions and report packages aimed at a competitor's channel, and what mass report bot offers deliver is read against Telegram's pages in its own guide.
Guides on how to buy telegram subscribers, how to buy subscribers on telegram or how to buy telegram channel subscribers describe a checkout: paste the channel link, pick a quantity, pay. The steps are identical on every seller site. The part those guides leave out is the question in the first table: which accounts fill the order.
-
Sponsored messages, bought from Telegram
A text ad of up to 160 characters with one button, shown in public channels and billed per thousand views from the
0.1Toncoin floor. The ad must link to a channel or bot on Telegram. Each viewer decides whether to join, so the spend buys attention and the channel has to earn the subscription. Telegram's Ad Platform terms set no deadline for ad review. -
Premium giveaways, bought from Telegram
The organiser pays in advance for Telegram Premium subscriptions and awards them to subscribers. Telegram's announcement says the organiser can make "only new subscribers" eligible, that Telegram guarantees winners are selected fairly, and that the channel earns four boosts per subscription given out. Entrants join for a prize, so some leave after the draw. Telegram's terms add that channels misleading users through giveaways that are later refunded may be terminated or given a scam label.
-
Paid posts in other channels, bought from their owners
Telegram does not sell these and publishes no rate card for them. Each channel owner sets a price, and the buyer's only protection is the seller's statistics screen: views per post against subscribers, read before paying.
Buy free Telegram members, and what a free member costs
Offers to buy free telegram members are exchange schemes. An app or bot credits an account for joining other people's channels and spends the credits on joins to the owner's channel. The joins are incentivised, which the Ad Platform guidelines list beside automated clicks. The phrase real telegram members free describes people who joined for points and have no reason to stay.
Free growth that holds comes from routes Telegram documents. The owner can invite the first 200 subscribers. A public channel has a username and a link that can sit on a website, in an email footer and on other social profiles. Similar Channels shows a public channel to people joining neighbouring ones. Each route is slower than a checkout, and each one produces a subscriber who chose to be there.
To get real telegram subscribers at a rate that can be planned, each join has to be attributable. Admins can issue additional invite links, one per placement, so every source shows its own join count. A bot can greet the new subscriber and record where the person came from, which is the kind of build covered under bot development and automation. Paid placement, cross-promotion and attribution are what a Telegram channel growth service consists of when no counter is being padded.
The subscriber count is also not the list that earns. A channel post reaches subscribers; a bot message reaches users who started the bot. Broadcast messaging to opted-in subscribers depends on that second list, and no reseller can deliver it, because Telegram's bot documentation says "Bots can't start conversations with users."
The rule above Telegram's: 16 CFR 465.8
In the United States, a decision to buy Telegram subscribers for a commercial account is also covered by federal regulation. 16 CFR 465.8, part of the FTC's rule on consumer reviews and testimonials in effect since 21 October 2024, makes it an unfair or deceptive practice to sell, or to purchase, "fake indicators of social media influence". The rule's definition lists followers, subscribers and views.
"Purchase or procure fake indicators of social media influence that they knew or should have known to be fake and that materially misrepresent their influence or importance for a commercial purpose."16 CFR 465.8(b), Misuse of fake indicators of social media influence
Section 465.1 defines the fake kind as indicators generated by bots, by "purported individual accounts not associated with a real individual", by hijacked accounts, or by accounts that do not reflect a real individual's activity. Two limits apply. The buyer must have known or should have known, and the indicator must misrepresent influence for a commercial purpose. A hobby channel sits outside that wording. A channel selling ad slots or a token on the strength of its subscriber count is the case the text describes, and so is a business that chooses to buy Telegram group members to make a paid community look full.
The regulation is US law and platform-neutral; Telegram is not named in it. Other jurisdictions treat inflated audience figures under general rules on misleading advertising. This section describes published text and is not legal advice.
What Telegram does not publish about bought subscribers
For anyone weighing whether to buy Telegram subscribers, Telegram publishes the prohibition and almost none of the mechanics. No Telegram page gives a detection threshold, a removal schedule, a penalty table for a channel or a definition of a real member. Seller pages that say Telegram never bans for bought members, and analysis pages that say filters catch sudden spikes, both go further than the documents do.
- No detection threshold. No join rate, subscriber-to-view ratio or account age is published as a trigger.
- No removal schedule or count. Telegram does not say when bulk accounts are removed or how many were removed in any period.
- No penalty table for channels. "Banned forever" names the API user. Channel termination appears in the Content Creator Rewards terms. No document states what happens to a channel that earns nothing and bought its count.
- No statistics size figure. The limit is described as a server-side config.
- No appeal criteria. The API page names [email protected] for accounts banned after using the API; nothing describes an appeal for a channel.
- No definition of real, active or non-drop. Those are seller terms, on pages to buy Telegram group members and on channel listings alike.
When buying members is the wrong fix
Buying members answers the wrong question in the three cases behind most orders: a new channel that looks empty, an ad-sales pitch that needs a bigger number, and a monetisation threshold. In each case the people who matter read a second figure, and the purchase makes that figure worse.
A visitor to a new channel sees the subscriber count once and a view counter on every post, because, in the words of the Channels FAQ, "Each post in a channel has a view counter." An advertiser reads views per post. Telegram's rewards programme reads impressions and reserves the right to deduct for fake ones. A purchase to buy Telegram group members has the same shape: the member list grows and the message count per day stays where it was.
There is also the case where Telegram is the wrong channel altogether. An audience that does not use Telegram will not arrive because a counter is large, and no growth method on this page changes that. Sendhaus is an independent provider with no affiliation to Telegram Messenger Inc., and its Telegram messaging and automation work starts from people who opted in. The scope of that work is on the full list of Telegram services.
Frequently asked questions
Can you buy Telegram subscribers that are real people?
Sellers deliver accounts, and Telegram's documentation gives no way for a third party to make a real person follow a channel. Packages sold as real are bulk accounts with photos, people credited for joining, or users added without being asked. Telegram's Channels FAQ lets an owner invite the first 200 subscribers; everyone after that has to press Join.
Is it safe to buy Telegram group members?
The risk sits in three places. The accounts that add people to a group can be limited after reports, under Telegram's Spam FAQ. Telegram's API page says faking subscriber and view counters gets an account banned forever. The group itself gains members who never chose to join, and Telegram publishes no threshold that makes any order size safe.
How much does it cost to buy Telegram subscribers?
Pages read on 13 October 2026 advertise roughly $7.50 to $23 per 1,000 accounts; Metricgram describes typical offers of $10 for 1,000 and $75 for 10,000. Telegram publishes no subscriber price. Telegram's own advertising floor is 0.1 Toncoin per thousand views of a sponsored message, which buys views by real users and not joins.
Do bought Telegram members drop?
Yes. Telegram's FAQ says an account that stays offline for at least 18 months is deleted under the default setting, accounts banned for API abuse go sooner, and people credited for joining leave once paid. Sellers offer refills because they expect the loss. Telegram publishes no removal schedule and no count of removed accounts.
Will Telegram ban a channel for buying subscribers?
Telegram publishes no penalty table for channels. The API page says an account that uses the API for faking subscriber and view counters will be banned forever, and the Content Creator Rewards terms allow termination of a channel and withholding of rewards over fake impressions. No document states what happens to a channel outside the rewards programme.
Is it legal to buy Telegram subscribers?
In the United States, 16 CFR 465.8 has made it an unfair or deceptive practice since 21 October 2024 to buy fake indicators of social media influence, including subscribers and views, when the buyer knew or should have known they were fake and they misrepresent influence for a commercial purpose. Rules differ elsewhere. This is not legal advice.
What is the legitimate way to pay for Telegram subscribers?
Telegram sells two products. Sponsored messages show a text ad in public channels from a floor of 0.1 Toncoin per thousand views, and each viewer decides whether to join. Premium giveaways award prepaid Telegram Premium subscriptions to subscribers and can be limited to new ones. Paid posts in other channels are sold by their owners, with no Telegram rate card.
