Three areas · one delivery method
Services
Different mechanics, different published limits, different honest ceilings. Most programmes use two of the three.
Which service applies to you? If you already have subscribers and need to reach them reliably, start with broadcast messaging. If you need more subscribers first, that is growth. If the work is a bot, a Mini App or a link between Telegram and your CRM, that is automation. If your plan involves messaging people who have never contacted you, none of the three will do it — and the reason is structural, not commercial.
Three areas of work
-
Broadcast & bulk messaging
Opt-in broadcast on the Bot API: queue design that backs off on HTTP 429, per-chat throttling, opt-out handling, and reporting on delivery states rather than messages pushed.
-
Growth & marketing
Official Telegram Ads, channel and community strategy, cross-promotion and partnerships — with the eligibility rules and the aftermath of bought members stated up front.
-
Bots & automation
Custom bots, Mini Apps and CRM integrations, quoted with first-year running cost — and with the API's structural limits written down before you commission anything.

Send the current setup and the goal. The audit says which path applies, and says so plainly if the goal is not reachable inside the platform's rules.
