Short answer. The Telegram advertising platform is ads.telegram.org, Telegram's self-serve tool for sponsored messages in public channels with 1000+ subscribers. Telegram publishes a minimum CPM of 0.1 Toncoin, no minimum budget and no review deadline — its terms state the company is not "bound by any time frames". An ad is 160 characters of text plus one button, and unspent balance cannot be refunded.
Most of what ranks for telegram advertising is written by companies that sell it. In October 2026 the first page for the phrase held two "best platforms" lists, one of them published by an ad network, along with a vendor's help centre and a run of agency guides. Pages in those results put the entry price at $2 million and the ad length at 3,000 characters. Telegram's own pages state 160 characters and name no entry price at all.
This guide reads the telegram ads platform the way a contract gets read: the getting-started page, the Ad Policies and Guidelines, the Ad Platform Terms of Service and the sponsored-message API reference, each quoted with the page named. Pricing has its own guide, built on the published Telegram Ads cost figures. This one covers how the Telegram advertising platform works, how an ad is set up, and what each status means once the ad is submitted.
Every Telegram page cited below was read on 12 October 2026. Where Telegram publishes nothing, the text says so, which is the editorial standard for our Telegram guides.
What is the Telegram advertising platform?
The Telegram advertising platform is the website ads.telegram.org, which Telegram describes as "a tool to create sponsored messages in public one-to-many channels with 1000+ subscribers". It is the telegram ads official route: an advertiser logs in with a Telegram account, writes up to 160 characters, sets a CPM bid and names the channels to appear in. Everything else sold as telegram advertising is somebody else's inventory.
Anyone asking what is telegram ads is asking about that one product. Telegram's own name for the ad unit is a sponsored message, so telegram sponsored messages and telegram sponsored ads are the same thing under two labels. Searches for telegram ads com and telegram ads org are looking for the address, and there is only one: the older promote.telegram.org domain redirects to ads.telegram.org.
"Every month, 1 billion Telegram users generate 1 trillion views in public broadcast channels. Anyone can post ads on Telegram — using this platform."Telegram Ads, ads.telegram.org
Four pages carry everything Telegram has published about the telegram ads platform, plus one API reference written for app developers. Each settles a different class of question, and most vendor guides cite none of them.
| Telegram page | What it settles |
|---|---|
ads.telegram.org | Audience figures, the 50% revenue share, the payment currency |
/getting-started | Login, account types, the CPM floor, targeting, the five ad statuses, statistics |
/guidelines | Ad format, link rules, destination requirements, twelve prohibited categories |
/tos | Review, the auction, balance and refunds, document requests |
core.telegram.org/api/sponsored-messages | Where apps must display ads: channels, bots, channel videos, search |
A telegram ad network is a different thing. Third-party networks sell banner and video inventory inside Mini Apps and bots under names close to "telegram ads network", at prices and under moderation rules those networks set. Telegram sponsors of a single channel are different again: a paid post agreed privately with the channel's admin. Telegram's Premium FAQ draws the line itself, stating that channel admins "may independently post promotional content" and that such posts are "outside Telegram's control".
Three product names that turn up in telegram advertising searches have no counterpart in the documentation. No telegram ads app is described: the platform is a website, and login is confirmed by a message inside Telegram. No telegram ads assistant bot is named on any of the four pages. And no public campaign API appears on them, so a telegram ads mcp connector offered for AI tools is third-party software acting on an ad account, with whatever access the account holder hands over.
How do Telegram ads work?
Telegram ads work as an auction for placements beside public content. The advertiser sets a CPM bid, and the terms of service say an ad is served "whenever the Advertiser's CPM bid wins the Auction for a particular Publication Space", for as long as the ad's maximum budget and the account balance allow. Nothing is aimed at a person: Telegram's Premium FAQ calls sponsored messages "minimalist, non-targeted advertisements".
That last point is how telegram ads work differently from Meta or Google. Telegram's March 2024 announcement states that its ads "are not based on user data" and "depend only on the channel in which you see them". The front page of the platform adds that Telegram does not use "the contents of your private chats or contacts lists for ad targeting". Telegram advertising sells context, chosen channel by channel.
What is CPM in telegram ads? The getting-started page defines it as "the price for one thousand views of your ad", and the published telegram ads cpm floor is 0.1 Toncoin. CPM is the only pricing unit that page and the terms describe. A telegram ads cpc bid, priced per click, appears on neither, although the statistics do count the joins and bot starts that follow a view.
The API reference, which tells app developers where ads must be drawn, lists more telegram advertising placements than the advertiser pages do. That reference is the best public answer to how does telegram ads work inside the app itself.
| Placement | What the reference states |
|---|---|
| Channels | Ads are requested "each time the user opens a channel or a chat with a bot", and the result is "cached for 5 minutes" |
| Bots | Served by the same call; the schema history lists "Ads in bots" at layer 192 |
| Channel videos | Ads shown "in a small box on the video player" during fullscreen playback, which "will always be text-only ads" |
| Global search | Sponsored channels and bots, called "sponsored peers", displayed between the user's own results and the global results |
The video row needs care, because telegram ads video means two things. On channel videos the reference says the ads returned "will always be text-only ads". Separately, the sponsored-message object carries an optional media field described in five words: "If set, contains some media". The public guidelines still define an ad as "an ad text and a button", so image and video specifications quoted by vendors have no public Telegram page behind them.
The search row is the placement behind telegram ads search. Sponsored channels and bots appear in global search results, and guideline 4.8 restricts the keywords an advertiser may pick for them.
Some searches name a specific advertiser — telegram ad laurent jade is one that lands on this topic — and usually come from someone trying to trace an ad they were shown. The API reference gives a viewer two handles for that: a "Sponsor info" label that displays the sponsor's details when the advertiser has supplied them, and a can_report flag that lets the ad be reported. The pages cited here describe no public library of running ads.
Can you advertise on Telegram, and what can an ad point to?
Yes. The front page of the Telegram advertising platform states that "Anyone can post ads on Telegram", and the only requirement the getting-started page names for logging in is an existing Telegram account. So can you advertise on Telegram as an individual? The same page offers a Personal Account, or an Organization built around a group or channel the advertiser owns. The narrower limits are on what the ad may point to.
The answer to can I advertise on Telegram from a given country is less complete. Telegram publishes no list of countries where telegram advertising is available. A reader asking how to run telegram ads in nigeria, or whether telegram ads uzbekistan campaigns are possible, gets the same documented answer as anyone else: a Telegram account, a balance funded in cryptocurrency, and an ad that passes review. The terms leave compliance with "all applicable laws, rules and regulations" to the advertiser, which includes local advertising and currency law.
Destinations are restricted. The getting-started page states that every link "must link to a channel or bot on Telegram, using the format t.me/link or @link", and that "Links to external sites are not allowed". Ads on Telegram therefore send people to a channel or a bot, and a brief to advertise telegram group chats directly has no documented destination. The usual workaround, a thin channel that only forwards people onward, collides with guideline 4.3, which bars destinations used "only for redirecting".
Placement in Telegram advertising is narrower still. To advertise on telegram channels, the advertiser enters each channel's link by hand, and the ad is eligible only in public channels with 1000+ subscribers. The 2024 announcement says the ads "never appear in your chats, chat list or other interfaces".
A telegram ads account comes in two forms. A personal account belongs to one login. An organization is tied to a group or channel, and "Only the owner of the Group or Channel is allowed to create an organization for that chat", after which every admin of that chat can manage the organization's ads. That ownership rule decides who controls the balance when an intermediary is involved, which is the core of what an ads agency retainer bundles.
There is no upfront telegram ads verification step in the documentation beyond confirming the login message. The terms do reserve two later checks. Clause 3.2 lets Telegram request "the relevant licenses/permits/certificates for licensed goods/services", and documents on the advertiser's "legal status", and suspend the service until those documents arrive.
How to run Telegram ads: the documented setup
How to run telegram ads comes down to seven steps on one website: log in, choose an account, prepare the destination, write the ad, set a CPM and budget, pick target channels, and submit for review. Telegram's getting-started page documents each one. The same telegram ads setup applies to a first test and to a large telegram ads campaign, because the telegram ads platform has one object, the ad, and no campaign layer above it.
-
Log in with a Telegram account
How to create telegram ads account access: enter the account's phone number on the login page, then confirm the message Telegram sends "from our verified service account". No separate registration exists.
-
Choose a personal account or an organization
An organization links a group or channel so its admins share the ads. Several organizations and a personal account can be open at once, switched from the menu under the account name.
-
Prepare the destination first
The channel or bot being promoted needs a profile image, complete about text and, for a channel, a post from the last two weeks. Reviewers check the destination along with the ad text.
-
Write the ad
How to create telegram ads in the interface: click "Create a new ad" and fill in Title, Text and URL. The text is capped at 160 characters including spaces, with at most one link, and line breaks and bullet points are not allowed.
-
Set the CPM and the ad budget
The CPM is the bid per thousand views; the budget is the total the ad may spend. How to buy telegram ads, in practice, means funding the balance through "Add Funds". An ad created without funds is saved as a draft.
-
Pick the target channels
Telegram ads targeting is set by entering each channel's link. The choice is permanent for that ad: "once your ad is created, its targeting parameters can't be changed". The "Create a similar ad" function copies an ad so the targeting can be redone.
-
Submit, then wait for the status to change
How to activate telegram ads: confirm the terms and guidelines, click "Create Ad", and give the ad a budget. The ad then moves from Stopped through In Review to Active without further action.
The Telegram advertising platform has no product called an ads manager. The account homepage does that job: it lists every ad with its status and budget, and the function people mean by telegram ads manager is that list plus the "Manage Budget" page. Anyone working out how to use telegram ads day to day will spend most of the time on those two screens.
People phrase the same task many ways. The table maps the common wordings to the step that answers each, so this telegram ads tutorial does not repeat itself.
| Question as searched | Documented answer |
|---|---|
| how to advertise on telegram | Log in at ads.telegram.org and create a sponsored message for a channel or bot |
| how to advertise on telegram ads | The same seven steps; "Telegram Ads" is the platform's name |
| how to create ads on telegram | "Create a new ad", then Title, Text and URL |
| how to make telegram ads | Up to 160 characters of text and one button; no other format is in the guidelines |
| how to make ads on telegram | Same template; style rules in guideline section 2 apply |
| how to do telegram ads | Destination first, then the ad, then budget and targeting |
| how to place ads on telegram | Enter the link of each target channel; public channels with 1000+ subscribers only |
| how to post ads on telegram | Click "Create Ad"; the ad is reviewed before it is displayed |
| how to post telegram ads | Same submission; a draft is saved if the balance is too low |
| run ads on telegram | Give the reviewed ad a budget; it shows until the budget is reached |
For telegram ads help the documentation is the whole offer: the four pages listed above, and the explanation attached to a declined ad. None of those pages names a support desk, a response time or an appeal route.
How much do Telegram ads cost on the official platform?
Telegram advertising has one published price: "The minimum CPM for a sponsored message is 0.1 Toncoin." There is no published minimum budget and no telegram ads minimum deposit; the getting-started page says "You can also publish ads without a budget to get a feel for the platform". The March 2024 announcement put it as "budgets as low as a handful of Toncoins". Larger entry figures belong to intermediaries.
The question arrives in every spelling — how much do telegram ads cost, how much does telegram ads cost, how much telegram ads cost, even "how.much do telegram ads cost" typed with a stray full stop — and the documented answer does not change. The telegram ads price is an auction result above a floor, so telegram advertising cost for a given week depends on who else is bidding for the same channels. The full set of figures, and the reseller numbers that contradict each other, are in the cost guide linked at the top.
This page adds the contract mechanics of a Telegram advertising budget, which pricing guides leave out.
| Rule | Wording and source |
|---|---|
| Minimum CPM | 0.1 Toncoin (getting-started). Clause 3.2(f) of the terms lets Telegram change the "minimum CPM" |
| Telegram ads minimum budget | None published; ads may be published "without a budget" |
| Raising a budget | Any time, from the "Current Budget" field |
| Lowering a budget | "It is not possible to decrease the budget of an ad once it has been submitted" |
| Deleting an ad | "the remaining funds will be returned to your overall budget" |
| Unspent balance | "cannot be withdrawn by the Advertiser, transferred to a different Account, or refunded" (terms, clause 4.3) |
| CPM and budget changes | "usually applied after fifteen (15) minutes, but no later than in sixty (60) minutes" |
| Taxes | The advertiser is "fully and solely responsible" for them |
Two cost questions have no published figure at all. There is no telegram ads price per month, because nothing on the telegram ads platform is billed monthly: spend is the sum of ad budgets, and the terms use the calendar month only as a reporting period. And there is no best cpm for telegram ads in any Telegram document. The documented method is to start at the floor and adjust, since the CPM field can be set "higher or lower" on a live ad and the change applies within the hour.
Telegram ads payment methods are stated in one line, and that line has changed. On 12 October 2026 the platform's front page reads "You can pay for your ad with Gram — a cryptocurrency Telegram uses for its high speed and low commissions", while the getting-started page still states the floor in Toncoin. The terms mention "digital asset wallets" and name no card, invoice or bank route. Euro-denominated accounts described on agency sites are those agencies' arrangements.
That is also the honest position on a telegram ads reseller or a managed telegram ads service: Telegram's pages publish no reseller directory, no commission schedule and no agency tier. Guides headed telegram ads 2025 still circulate a $2 million entry requirement, a figure that appears in none of the four documents.
How long does Telegram ads review take?
Telegram advertising has no published review time, and the contract says so in plain words. Clause 3.2(a) of the Ad Platform Terms of Service states that "The Company shall not be bound by any time frames in conducting a review". Any telegram ads review time quoted as a number, including the 24 to 48 hours stated in vendor guides, is that vendor's experience and carries no commitment from Telegram.
"The Company shall not be bound by any time frames in conducting a review under this clause 3.2(a)."Telegram Ad Platform Terms of Service, ads.telegram.org/tos
So the answer to how long does telegram ads review take is that nobody outside Telegram can state a telegram ads approval time, and a launch plan has to allow for that. A Telegram advertising campaign tied to a date should be submitted well ahead of it, with the destination finished first.
During telegram ads review the status reads In Review, which the getting-started page explains as "Our team is currently checking the ad content before it can be displayed in channels." The five statuses are the only progress signal the telegram ads platform gives.
| Status | Telegram's description | Next step |
|---|---|---|
Stopped | Default for new ads without a budget; also shown when the budget has run out | Add budget |
In Review | The team is checking the ad content | Wait; no time frame is published |
Declined | "Your ad must be changed before it can go live" | Open the ad, read the explanation, fix and resubmit |
Active | The ad is live and appearing according to its parameters | Watch the statistics |
On Hold | The advertiser paused the ad | Resume when ready |
Most reports of a telegram ads in review problem describe the queue, and the question behind telegram ads in review how long has the answer given above: no stated limit. The documentation offers no way to speed a review up. A telegram ads review problem is worth separating from a decline, though. An ad sitting at telegram ads in review has not failed anything yet, and editing the ad while it waits submits changed content to the same open-ended review.
The table also resolves most telegram ads not active complaints. Stopped means the ad has no budget, On Hold means the advertiser paused it, and Declined means a change is required. An ad counts as telegram ads active only in the fourth row.
Why Telegram ads get declined, and the documented fix
A declined ad failed one of four parts of the Ad Policies and Guidelines: editorial style, link format, destination requirements or prohibited content. The getting-started page says of the Declined status, "Open the ad to see a more detailed explanation and a link to the relevant guidelines". When the report is telegram ads not approved, the decline notice names the section that applies, and three of the four have a fix.
The most common wording is telegram ads declined destination quality. Telegram ads destination quality is section 4 of the telegram ads guidelines, opening with the sentence "Ad destinations must have original content and provide a proper user experience". The table below serves as a telegram ads declined problem solution list: each decline reason beside the clause that defines the fix.
| Decline reason | Clause | Documented fix |
|---|---|---|
| Destination profile is incomplete | 4.1 | Add "both a profile image and a complete text" in the about or description section |
| Bot does not work properly | 4.2 | The bot must "respond to commands properly on both mobile and desktop devices" |
| Destination only forwards people elsewhere | 4.3 | Point the ad at the real destination; "mostly noninteractive bots designed to redirect elsewhere" are barred |
| Channel is empty or abandoned | 4.5 | "at least one post published within the two weeks prior to review" |
| Languages do not match | 4.7 | Target channel, ad and destination should share one language |
| Ad text style | 2 | Remove gimmicky capitalisation, excess emoji, line breaks and bullet points |
| Link format | 3 | One optional link in the text, same destination as the button, no URL shorteners |
| Prohibited category | 5 | None; the product itself is excluded |
The last row is the one a rewrite cannot fix. Telegram ads prohibited content is section 5 of the telegram ads policy, twelve categories numbered 5.1 to 5.12: graphic or sexual content, hate and harassment, third-party rights, deceptive advertising, political and religious ads, gambling, harmful financial products, uncertified medical products, drugs and alcohol, weapons, spam software and malware, and products of questionable legality. The guidelines add that all examples "are non-exhaustive".
Clause 5.11 matters to anyone marketing Telegram tools. It bars ads for services that "facilitate unsolicited communications", and its examples include "Social media growth manipulation" and "services for inflating metrics/followers, sending automated content to social media platforms". Those telegram ads rules describe most of the grey toolset by function: shill bot packages, member-adding bots, member-list scrapers and mass report bots all sell inflated metrics or automated unsolicited activity. Our guide to what Telegram documents about mass DMs covers why cold direct messaging has no compliant version to advertise.
Telegram ads analytics, and what results the platform reports
Telegram ads analytics are one Statistics tab per ad. The getting-started page lists its contents: the date the ad was created, its CPM, its budget and overall views, plus a graph of views and of "the number of times a user joined your channel or started the bot after viewing the sponsored message". The graph can be read in increments of minutes or days. A Budget tab adds a transaction history.
Those are the telegram ads results an advertiser gets from Telegram: views, joins or bot starts, and spend. The four documents publish no click-through benchmark for telegram advertising and no conversion benchmark. The terms also fix the point at which the service counts as delivered: clause 3.3(g) treats services as "rendered and settled in full at the moment when the relevant Statistics are made available". A dispute over delivery starts from Telegram's own numbers.
Telegram advertising reach has one deduction the statistics do not show. The Premium FAQ states that sponsored messages "will be hidden for users that subscribe to Telegram Premium", so paid reach in any channel excludes its Premium subscribers.
How to generate leads on Telegram from an ad follows from the destination rule. The ad cannot open a form on a website, so the lead is captured inside Telegram, and the guidelines allow one useful device: "If the destination is a Telegram bot, links may include start parameters for the bot". An ad pointing at a bot built around the start parameter can record which ad produced each conversation.
The step after the ad matters more than the bid. Telegram's bot documentation states that "Bots can't start conversations with users", so only people who press Start can be messaged later. From then on, follow-up is broadcast messaging to opted-in subscribers, paced under the limits set out in our guide to flood-wait errors and sending limits.
How to get ads on a Telegram channel you own
Official Telegram advertising reaches a channel without the owner placing anything. Telegram's March 2024 announcement states that "owners of public channels with at least 1000 subscribers can be rewarded with 50% of the revenue from ads displayed in their channels". The owner does not choose the advertisers, set a price or approve the creative; the advertiser's targeting and the auction decide what appears.
That is the documented answer to how to get ads on telegram channel pages a publisher runs: a public channel, 1000 subscribers, and the monetization screen at Channel Settings > Statistics > Monetization. The announcement describes no application step. Rewards are withdrawn through Fragment "with no fees", or reinvested into Telegram ads.
The wording varies and so does the intent. How to put ads on telegram channel feeds, as an owner, is the revenue share just described. How to run ads on telegram channel audiences, as an advertiser, is the seven-step setup above with that channel entered as a target. And how to run ads on my telegram channel most often means promoting the channel itself, in which case the channel is the destination and has to pass section 4.
How to sell ads on Telegram directly is a separate trade. A sponsored post agreed with an advertiser is a private deal, priced by the owner, with no Telegram document behind it and no share taken by Telegram. Private posts still appear for Premium subscribers, which official ads do not. Both routes depend on an audience worth paying for, and that comes from channel growth and marketing work done before any ad is sold.
What Telegram does not publish about its ad platform
For telegram advertising, Telegram documents the format, the rules and one price floor, and leaves eight things a media plan normally needs unstated. Each gap is filled online by a vendor's figure. Knowing which numbers have no primary source is what separates a plan from a guess, and no competing page on the telegram ads platform lists them.
| What buyers ask for | What Telegram's pages say |
|---|---|
| A review turnaround | The terms refuse one: "not be bound by any time frames" |
| A list of supported advertiser countries | Not published |
| Cost-per-click bidding | Not described; CPM is the only documented unit |
| Image and video specifications | Not in the guidelines, which define an ad as text and a button |
| Interest, geography or device targeting | The getting-started page documents targeting by channel link only |
| A public campaign API | Not described on any of the four pages |
| A support contact or appeal route | Not named; a declined ad carries an explanation and a guideline link |
| Click-through or conversion benchmarks | None published |
One caution on the targeting row. Vendor guides describe topic, language and location options inside the logged-in interface, and guideline 4.2 does refer to "targeted locations". The public documentation still describes one method in detail, entering channel links, so any plan that depends on another option should be confirmed in the interface before a budget is set.
Of the results returned for telegram advertising platform in October 2026, the vendor guides stated a review time, an entry price and media specifications. Telegram's four pages state none of the three.Sendhaus review of search results and ads.telegram.org, 12 October 2026
When the Telegram ads platform is the wrong tool
Five situations make the Telegram advertising platform a poor fit whatever the budget, and each can be checked before money is deposited. All five follow from the documents quoted above: the guidelines, the getting-started page and the terms of service. None of the five depends on campaign skill.
-
The product sits inside section 5
Gambling, uncertified supplements, short-term loans and growth-manipulation services are declined at review. A higher bid does not change a category rule.
-
The plan needs audience targeting
Telegram states its ads "are not based on user data". Retargeting, lookalikes and customer-list matching are absent from the telegram ads platform by design.
-
The funnel needs an external click
Under the getting-started rule every link leads to a channel or bot. An offer that only converts on a web page needs a bot or channel step added, or another platform.
-
The launch date is fixed and close
With no review time frame in the terms, a date-bound launch carries schedule risk the advertiser cannot buy down.
-
The budget has to be recoverable
Funds in the balance cannot be withdrawn or refunded. Money that might be needed back should stay out of the account.
Where the platform does fit, telegram advertising works best as the first step of a longer sequence: an ad produces subscribers, and the subscribers are reached afterwards without a CPM. That sequence is the reason the three Sendhaus service lines are sold together, and it is the working method behind Sendhaus's Telegram messaging and automation work: paid reach first, then an opted-in list reached at documented rates.
Frequently asked questions
Can you run ads on Telegram?
Yes. The Telegram advertising platform states that anyone can post ads on Telegram using it, and the only login requirement its getting-started page names is an existing Telegram account. Ads are sponsored messages shown in public channels with 1000+ subscribers, and the destination has to be a Telegram channel or bot. Twelve content categories, including gambling and growth-manipulation services, are prohibited.
How long does Telegram ads review take?
Telegram publishes no review time. Clause 3.2(a) of the Ad Platform Terms of Service states that the company "shall not be bound by any time frames in conducting a review". Turnaround figures such as 24 to 48 hours come from vendors describing their own experience, so an ad with a fixed launch date should be submitted well ahead of it.
What is the Telegram ads minimum deposit?
None is published. The getting-started page states a minimum CPM of 0.1 Toncoin and adds that ads can be published without a budget to get a feel for the platform. Telegram's March 2024 announcement described budgets as low as a handful of Toncoins. Larger minimums quoted online are the terms of a reseller or an agency.
Can unused Telegram ads balance be refunded?
No. Clause 4.3 of the Ad Platform Terms of Service treats funds in the balance as advance-paid advertising credits and states that unspent balance cannot be withdrawn, transferred to a different account, or refunded. Deleting an ad returns its remaining budget to the account's overall budget, where the money can only be spent on other ads.
What is CPM in Telegram ads?
CPM is cost per mille. Telegram's getting-started page defines it as the price for one thousand views of your ad, and it is the only pricing unit that page and the terms describe. The minimum CPM for a sponsored message is 0.1 Toncoin, and clause 3.2(f) of the terms reserves Telegram's right to change that minimum.
Why is my Telegram ad not active?
The status shows the cause. Stopped means the ad has no budget or the budget ran out. In Review means Telegram's team is still checking the ad. Declined means the ad must be changed, and opening it shows an explanation with a link to the relevant guideline. On Hold means the advertiser paused it. Only an Active ad is being shown.
Is there a Telegram Ads Manager or a Telegram Ads app?
The Telegram advertising platform is a website, ads.telegram.org, and its documentation describes no separate application. After login the account homepage lists every ad with its status, budget and statistics, which is the job other platforms give to an ads manager. The four Telegram pages cited in this guide describe no public campaign API, so tools that manage ads from outside the site are third-party software.
